PRIVACY AND COOKIE POLICY



This Cookie Privacy Policy sets out the rules of storage and access to information on the User’s devices using Cookies, for the implementation of the electronic services requested by the User by Interjacht.pl.

Article 1. Definitions
  1. The Interjacht.pl Operator is Elżbieta Wachowska-Kowalska, who runs her business activity under Interjacht.pl Elżbieta Wachowska-Kowalska, 11-500 Giżycko, Gajewo ul. Jałowcowa 7, entered into the record of business activity maintained by the mayor of the City of Giżycko, under the number: 6847, NIP: 845-100-84-10.
  2. Cookies – these are IT data, especially small text files, saved and stored on the devices used by the User to view the Service Internet websites. Cookies are safe for the User’s Device. This means it is impossible for viruses or any other unwanted software or malware to access the Users Devices.
  3. Administrator’s Cookies - Cookies stored by the Administrator, connected with the provision of services by electronic means via the Website.
  4. External Cookies - Cookies stored by the Administrator’s partners via the Website.
  5. Website - the website or application, where the Administrator runs the website operating in the interjacht.pl domain.
  6. Device - an electronic device, by means of which the User accesses the Website.
  7. User - any entity to which services may be provided by electronic means under the Terms and Conditions and the law, or with which an Agreement for the provision of services by electronic means may be concluded.
Article 2. The principle of privacy protection
  1. Elżbieta Wachowska-Kowalska, conducting a business activity as Interjacht.pl Elżbieta Wachowska-Kowalska, 11-500 Giżycko, ul. Żeglarska 4/U1, as the administrator of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), is strongly committed to the protection of privacy and the confidentiality of the personal data entered by the users of Internet (hereinafter referred to as the "Users") into the electronic forms on the Interjacht.pl website, of which the operator is the Administrator (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
  2. With due diligence, the Administrator selects and applies proper technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data processing. Full access to the databases is only granted to the persons duly authorised by the Administrator.
  3. The Administrator protects the data against disclosure to unauthorised persons, as well as against processing in violation of the applicable law.
Article 3.The basis for the processing of personal data
  1. The submission of personal data is voluntary.
  2. The personal data submitted by the Users using electronic forms is processed in accordance with the regulations governing the processing of personal data, in particular the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997.
  3. To obtain access to the full range of services provided on the Website, it is necessary to submit the following data:

    2. Surname
    3. email address.
  4. To obtain access to the full range of services provided by the Administrator, it may be necessary to submit other data (e.g. telephone number, address) indicated in a form available on the Website.
  5. The basis for the processing of personal data is the consent of the Users, as well as the statutory authorisation to process the data required for information purposes and the performance of services provided by the Administrator.
  6. The Administrator may process the third party data made available by the Users for the purposes of communication, recommendations, the use of services provided by the Administrator, including in particular the conclusion or performance of a charter contract entered into by means of the utilities made available on the Website. The User may submit such data only based on the consent of the third party to the use of their data on the Website and the Administrator assumes that such consent has been given.
  7. The data of the Users may be made available to third parties if necessary for the purposes of communication, the use of services provided by the Administrator, including in particular the conclusion or performance of a charter contract entered into by means of the utilities made available on the Website.
Article 4. The scope of personal data processing
  1. The data submitted by the User are used for the purposes of contact with the User as part of operation of the Website, for sending information on the Administrator and its services to the Users, including the newsletter if the User has given consent to receive it and for the purposes of the services provided by the Administrator.
  2. The Administrator uses the IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes, connected with server administration.
Article 5. Control of personal data processing
  1. Every User, whose personal data are processed by the Administrator, has the right to review, supplement, update, and correct their data, to temporarily or permanently stop the processing thereof and to request their deletion. The User shall submit complete, current and true data.
  2. To use the rights listed in section 1, it is necessary that the User or other person, being the data subject, submit the request to stop the processing of personal data based on the demand of the User sent to biuro@interjacht.pl.
  3. The User may, at any time, submit the request to stop the processing of their personal data. The Administrator shall stop the processing of the personal data, unless further processing thereof is required by the law.
Article 6. Providing personal data

Dane Użytkowników mogą być udostępniane podmiotom uprawnionym do ich otrzymania na mocy obowiązujących przepisów prawa, w tym właściwym organom wymiaru sprawiedliwości. Dane osobowe Użytkowników mogą być przekazywane podmiotom trzecim - w przypadkach nie wskazanych przez Administratora bądź przepisy prawa - tylko za zgodą Użytkownika.

Article 7. Cookie Information
  1. The Administrator uses Cookies. The User may disable the storage of Cookies in the settings of their Internet browser.
  2. The information collected with Cookies enable the adjustment of services and contents to the individual needs and preferences of the Users, and is used to prepare general statistics on the use of the Service by Internet Users.
  3. The personal data collected using Cookies are only collected for the purposes of the performance of specific functions for the Users and are encrypted to prevent access by the unauthorised persons.
  4. In general, disabling the option enabling the storage of Cookies in the Internet browser does not make using the Website impossible; however it may have an impact on some functionalities available on the Website.
Article 8. Types of cookies used
  1. The Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, it is not possible that viruses or other unwanted software or malware access User Devices in this way. These files enable the identification of the software used by the User and individual adjustment of the Website for each User. Cookies usually include the name of the domain they come from, the time of storage in the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Administrator uses two types of Cookie:
    1. Session Cookies: are stored in the User Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. Then the information stored is permanently deleted from the Device memory. The Session Cookies mechanism does not enable gathering any personal data or confidential information from the User Device.
    2. Persistent Cookies: are stored in the User Device and remain there until deleted. The end of the session of the given browser or Device shutdown does not result in their deletion from the User Device memory. The Persistent Cookies mechanism does not enable gathering of any personal data or confidential information from the User Device.
  3. The User may restrict or disable the access of Cookies to their Device. If this option is used, use of the Website will be possible, except for those functions that require Cookies by nature.
Article 9. The purposes in which Cookies are used
  1. The Administrator uses Internal Cookies for the purposes of: website configuration, adjustment and optimisation of the content of Website pages, including to User preferences, the processes necessary for full functionality of Website pages, analysis, research and audit, as well as to ensure Website safety and reliability.
  2. The Administrator of the service uses External Cookies for the purposes of: presenting multimedia content on Website pages, using interactive functions to promote the Website on social media, presenting advertisements, gathering general and anonymous statistical data using the utilities, applications and products, of which the cookies administrators are: Google Inc, based in the USA, Facebook Inc, based in the USA.
Article 10. Possibilities of determining the terms of storage and access by Cookies
  1. The User may, on their own and at any time, change their settings for Cookies, by defining the conditions of Cookie storage and access to the User Device. The changes in settings, referred to in previous sentence, can be made by the User using their Internet browser settings or in service configuration. These settings may be changed in particular to block the automatic support for Cookies in the Internet browser settings or to notify of the storage of Cookies in the User Device. Detailed information on the options and methods of Cookie support is available in the settings of the software (Internet browser).
  2. The User may, at any time, delete Cookies using the functions available in the Internet browser that they use.
  3. Restricting the use of Cookies may have an impact on some functionalities available on the Website.
